Directions to Drive to On the River at 879 Robbins Road, Franklin, NC 28734

From Atlanta, GA:
1) From downtown Atlanta (I-75 and I-85) take I-85 North approximately 30 miles to 985 North.
2) Exit left onto 985 North (Also 441 North) and Follow all the way to Franklin–Approx. 100 miles.
3) Look for McDonald's on your left in Franklin.
4) From McDonald's (441 North) proceed straight ahead across concrete bridge on 441 Business–Pass Chamber of Commerce on left and Franklin High School on right.
5) Go straight through traffic light at bottom of hill.
6) Turn right at Franklin Town Hall.
7) Very next traffic light turn left on 28 North (also known as Bryson City Rd).
8) Stay on 28 North for 8.6 miles and turn left on Rose Creek Rd.–crossing single lane Silver Bridge.
9) Take first right on H.P. McCoy Rd. (Which will turn into Robbins Rd.) and follow to end of pavement.
10) Stone house is clearly visible from where pavement ends.

From Asheville, NC:
1) From downtown Asheville, Take 1-240 West approx. 1.5 miles to I-40 West.
2) Exit onto I-40 West and continue approx. 18 miles to Exit 27. Watch very carefully for this exit as it is easy to miss.
3) From Exit 27, bear off onto 74 West Towards Waynesville.
4) Travel approx. 20 miles to exit 81 (Hwy. 441 South) to Franklin.
5) Stay on Hwy. 441 South for approx. 15 miles and turn right on 441 Business (Main Street) through downtown Franklin.
6) Turn right at the fifth traffic light–28 North (also known as Bryson City Rd).
7) Stay on 28 North for 8.6 miles and turn left on Rose Creek Rd.–crossing single lane Silver Bridge.
8) Take first right on H.P. McCoy Rd. (Which will turn into Robbins Rd.) and follow to end of pavement.
9) Stone house is clearly visible from where pavement ends.
